Terms and Conditions apply between 'The Photographer' Trevor Taylor and 'The Client' for paid commissions or where a 'complimentary sitting' is offered.
All photography including Pop-Up Studio and Outdoor On Location Photoshoot is at The Clients own risk. The Photographer is not liable for personal injury, damage or, loss of The Clients personal effects at any time.
The Photographer may choose to publish, feature images from The Client's photoshoot on this web site and without consent, unless otherwise formally agreed by email.
Based on expertise The Photographer reserves the right to apply professional and aesthetic judgments regarding poses, photo editing/modifying individual pictures in 'Photoshop' and other post-production software.
Pop-Up Studio Viewing Station: Mobile phones are not allowed. Clients and members of the Clients party are strictly prohibited to photograph the Viewing Station monitor when previewing pictures from their photoshoot. This is regarded as theft and is an infringement of copyright law.
Pictures from a photo shoot can be available to view ‘on the night’. Some may also be viewed online in ‘Client Galleries’ for a time limited period, after which they may be removed from gallery and deleted from data base without notice.
When The Client orders a print or digital product any copyright watermark as seen on screen is removed.
Copyright belongs to The Photographer Trevor Taylor/iPortrait. Digital Image Files with 'Copyright Permissions' are available at a fee enabling The Client to share them online; outsource prints, canvas and wall art products from third-party vendors. The photographer may feature client pictures online without consent, unless otherwise formally agreed.
'Full-size image files' have a default resolution of 300dpi saved to default size of 20"x16". 'Social Media' digital files are 72dpi resolution.
Colour variations may occur between the same image in digital and print format, or wall-portrait products fulfilled by a third -party vendor. The Photographer cannot guarantee uniformity of print finishes, photo mounts, picture frames and other photo products due to variants in the manufacturing process. Products may me added and deleted without notice.
In the event of The Client cancelling a photo shoot, any deposit is not refundable, but may be transferable to another date/time, subject to The Photographers availability.

Pop-Up Studio with ‘complimentary sitting' is a 'Free' image capturing service with an option to purchase prints & digital images ( in JPEG format) As such this service is offered strictly on the basis of no formal contractual obligation between The Photographer & The Client.
The Photographer has right to delete any images from database without notice , with the exception of some paid commissions at a fee formerly agreed beforehand.
In the event of The Client cancelling a pre-paid commission photo shoot, any deposit may not be refundable, but is transferable to another date/time, subject to The Photographers availability.
